Tube Laser Cutting

We provide high-precision laser tube cutting using advanced equipment featuring a bundle loading system and individual bar feeding, enabling us to handle both medium-volume production and large-scale manufacturing runs.

Our loading capabilities and expertise in the cutting process ensure precise, consistent and repeatable results for both steel and aluminium components.

Mécanosoudure

Our welding and fabrication workshop is equipped with four robotic welding systems for steel and aluminium, ensuring consistent quality, repeatability and cost efficiency throughout your production runs.

Four manual welding stations complement these capabilities, enabling us to handle small production runs and specialised assemblies.

We design and manufacture our own production and inspection fixtures to ensure precise assemblies that meet the required tolerances.

Powder Coating

Equipped with one of Europe's largest powder coating lines, we process steel and aluminium components up to 3.65 metres in height. Our integrated pre-treatment tunnel ensures long-lasting protection and durability.

We offer an extensive range of colours and finishes to meet your aesthetic and functional requirements.

We offer a comprehensive range of finishing and assembly operations to deliver components ready for integration into your production lines. Assembly, insert installation, kitting and customised packaging are carried out in accordance with your specific needs and requirements.

Finishing Operations

Quality Control

We design inspection fixtures tailored to each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure component conformity. Where necessary, we use a 3D measuring arm to carry out precise dimensional inspections.

Dedicated visual inspections enable us to identify surface defects and ensure that the finished components meet the required quality standards.
